"Fresh" Youth Worker Cluster III
The Cluster is an opportunity for youth workers and organizers new to the field to meet with their peers and an experienced facilitator to figure out how to best support and empower young women. Cluster participants also choose topics they would like additional training on. Possible topics include: Group Facilitation Maximizing Group Dynamics Time Management Working With Your Supervisor Creating Boundaries Systems of Accountability With Young People
The Details:
The monthly Cluster meetings will begin September 4th, 2008 and will run through March 5th, 2009.
Meetings will be on the first Thursdays of the month from 10-noon. All meetings will be held at 11 E. Adams, Suite 902.
